Pia's Banana Bread

Just in time to celebrate Valentine's Day or any day that you wish to share your love in the form of a healthy treat. Gluten-free, sugar-free, and delicious!

Pia's Banana Bread

1 1/2 Cups Pamela's gluten-free pancake mix (contains no sugar)

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup honey and maple syrup mixed together

3/4 tsp vanilla

1 cup mashed banana

1 egg, lightly beaten (or 1 Tablespoon arrowroot flower)

Preheat oven to 350. Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and stir them into dry mixture. Spread into oiled, floured, loaf pan (use Pamela's mix for flouring the pan.) Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 min.
